Description of service

ChaosQueue is a Discord bot providing scrim queue management, team splitting, a rank shop, and stats/reward tools. The service is fully free.

Acceptable use

• You may not use the bot for any purpose that violates Discord's own Terms of Service.
• You may not attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantages (ranks, currency, stats).
• You may not use the bot to harass or abuse other members.
• Server admins are responsible for configuring the bot's permissions and roles appropriately for their server.

Service availability

The bot is provided "as is" with no guarantee of 100% uptime. Temporary downtime for maintenance or updates may occur, and we are not liable for any such interruption.

Limitation of liability

ChaosQueue and its team are not liable for any loss of data, stats, or in-bot currency resulting from a technical error or service outage. Use is at your own risk.

Termination of access

We may restrict or deny access to any user or server that violates these terms. Server admins may remove the bot from their server at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the bot after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Relationship to Discord's terms

Your use of the bot is also governed by Discord's own Terms of Service and policies, in addition to these terms.
